1 in 4 pregnancies in the UK end in loss. This may be through miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal loss. We all deal with loss in different ways. Loss affects not only our emotions but our physical body. We can hold onto our pain in many ways. I provide not only a safe place to talk, I also offer a place to learn techniques and strategies that can help bring you to a calmer place.
